The Emerald Spirit Dance Team, a semi-professional dance team based in Central Indiana, has become an integral part of the Lebanon Leprechauns’ home games at The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse in Lebanon, Indiana. Their electrifying performances elevate the game-day atmosphere, providing fans with a dynamic and entertaining experience that extends beyond basketball. In 2024, their dedication and artistry were recognized with the prestigious TBL Dance Team of the Year award, a testament to their hard work and exceptional talent. Each routine is a showcase of precision and passion, delivered with smiling faces that reflect their commitment to excellence. The Emerald Spirit Dance Team’s incredible performances are a highlight of every home game, embodying the spirit and energy of the Lebanon Leprechauns.
Emily Roach – Emerald Spirit Dance Team Coach
Emily grew up in Lebanon, Indiana, where she attended Lebanon Ballet School throughout her childhood. She attended Purdue Fort Wayne, where she was a part of her dance team for 4 years, holding the roles of choreography coach, assistant coach, and ultimately head coach. Soon after, she joined the NBA-G League dance team for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, where she danced for 2 seasons. She is currently in her 6th season as an Indiana Pacemate and is passionate about sharing her love and enthusiasm for the pro-dance world with others. She has taught and choreographed competition and game day routines for many schools and studios in the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis areas. Emily is excited to continue growing the ESDT Program and the semi-pro dance world in Central Indiana.
