Our World Class Facility

           

The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse is a 200,000 sq. ft. athletic facility in Lebanon, IN that is home to 8 basketball courts, 12 pickleball courts, 1 turf field, and pitching and hitting tunnels. We offer basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer, football, and baseball/softball programming. The Leprechauns bring the excitement to Court 8 for each of the 12 home games of the season!

Veteran TBL head coach John Benson has been promoted to the role of General Manager for the Midwest Division’s Lebanon Leprechauns. Benson spent six years as an assistant coach for a high school varsity team, followed by one year as the head coach of a junior varsity team, one year in the Hoosier Hardwood Basketball Association (HHBA), and three years coaching in the TBL. He has served as head coach of the Leprechauns for the previous two seasons, as well as the Indiana All-Americans prior to joining Lebanon.This extensive experience, along with his in-depth knowledge of The Basketball League (TBL), will benefit Benson in his new and expanded role within the organization.

Coach Keck has nearly 30 years of head coaching experience in Indiana with stops including Perry Meridian, Scottsburg, and Frankton High Schools. His teams have held #1 state rankings, he has been named IBCA Coach-of-the-Year, served as an Indiana All Star Team coach, and has developed multiple college and pro players including 2019 NBA First Round Draft Pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers Dylan Windler. Brent is a native of Anderson, Indiana, and played high school basketball at Anderson Highland for Hall-of-Fame coach Alan Darner. Keck becomes the third head coach in franchise history, replacing John Benson who assumed the role of General Manager for the 2025 season.

Tim Hird is returning for his third season as the assistant coach for the Lebanon Leprechauns, bringing his infectious enthusiasm and commitment to the team. A fan favorite, Tim’s coaching experience in Anderson, Indiana, at both high school and college levels has shaped his approach and dedication to every player, staff member, and fan. Known for his fun-loving personality and genuine care for everyone he meets, Tim continues to be a cornerstone of the Leprechauns’ spirit and community connection.

Britney Nickle is the versatile Director of Marketing and Director of Game Day Operations for the Lebanon Leprechauns. In her role, she manages all of the team’s social media, ensuring fans stay connected to every exciting moment of the Leprechauns’ journey. A true jack-of-all-trades, Britney takes on any task needed for the team’s success. Britney has been there since the very beginning, contributing to the team’s growth and success from day one. Britney graduated from North Montgomery High School in 2010 and later pursued an Associate of Science in Photography from the Art Institute of Indianapolis, graduating in 2012. Her passion for photography and dedication to the community have made her an integral part of the Lebanon Leprechauns.

The Basketball League (TBL) is dedicated to delivering a World Class Professional Basketball experience to our community, our fans, and business partners:

– Provide communities with a professional basketball team that gives an affordable/quality family entertainment experience.

– Provide players with educational opportunities to learn from nationally acclaimed life skills classes for financial literacy, health and wellness, nutrition, preventative medicine and sports biomechanics.

– Offer support and encouragement to local communities through engagement in school and group appearances, youth camps, clinics and non-profit organizations.

– Afford basketball players the opportunity to make a living playing the game they love, in America.

– Procure local individuals or groups an opportunity to own a professional sports business. A relatively low cost barrier to entry, a proven game plan to success, with a return on their investment while positively impacting their region.

Evelyn Magley has etched her name in history as a trailblazer, becoming the first African American woman to own a male professional sports league in the United States. Her groundbreaking achievements extend far beyond the realm of sports, encompassing a deep commitment to community engagement and youth development. Prior to her role as CEO of The Basketball League (TBL), Evelyn served as the Director of Community Engagement at the Brampton A’s of the National Basketball League (NBL) of Canada. In this capacity, she skillfully bridged the gap between professional basketball teams, nonprofit organizations, and the broader community. Her efforts scaled forward-facing programming that left a lasting impact on the NBL’s outreach. Evelyn’s passion for positively influencing the lives of young people extends to her background as a Music Educator and Music Therapist. A proud graduate of the University of Kansas, she co-founded “Children with Purpose,” an inner-city ministry dedicated to mentoring children through a holistic approach encompassing the gospel, academic support, nourishing meals, and the power of music. One of her most remarkable accomplishments was overseeing the construction of a $3.7 million Fine Arts Building in Bradenton, Florida, which served as a hub for nurturing talent and education. Under her guidance, the music program within the facility experienced exponential growth, boasting an impressive 89% participation rate. Evelyn Magley’s enduring legacy is not only as a sports industry pioneer but also as a devoted advocate for education and community enrichment.

David Magley’s journey in the world of basketball is a tale of dedication, excellence, and visionary leadership. As a retired NBA player and coach, he has left an indelible mark on the sport, and his passion for the game continues to shine brightly.Prior to assuming the role of President of The Basketball League (TBL), David served as the commissioner of the National Basketball League of Canada (NBL). In this capacity, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, helping to steer the league toward new heights of success and recognition. Beyond his basketball accolades, David Magley is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of success. His business acumen and strategic vision have contributed significantly to the growth and development of various ventures throughout his career.David’s achievements extend beyond the court and boardroom. He holds the distinction of being an Academic All-American during his time at Kansas University, underscoring his commitment to both sports and education. Additionally, he was recognized as the 1978 Indiana Mr. Basketball, a testament to his prowess on the hardwood. David Magley’s family life is a reflection of his dedication and values. He and his wife, Evelyn, have been married for over 35 years and have raised four NCAA Student-Athlete children, showcasing their unwavering commitment to education and the development of young talent. As President of The Basketball League, David Magley’s leadership is marked by a deep love for the game, a dedication to excellence, and a relentless pursuit of innovation. His remarkable journey continues to inspire and shape the future of professional basketball.
